Our ag community showed up in full force this week!   Glad to have some productive conversations with @IowaFarmBureau, @EthanolRFA, and @IowaSoybeans.

E15 lowers prices at the gas pump, supports domestic biofuels, and boosts the U.S. ag industry. I met with @EthanolRFA's Board of Directors to discuss how we can better support our biofuels industry and Nebraska’s producers.

It was great to stop by the Renewable Fuel Association Board of Directors meeting yesterday! I’m proud to continue working alongside groups like these to lower prices at the pump and support Minnesota’s family farmers and rural communities.

Per @EIAgov: For the week ending 7/11, #ethanol production notched higher and stocks contracted 1%. Implied gasoline demand retreated 7% and ethanol usage declined 2%. Exports slowed and no imports occurred.

It was a great and productive day today for our board. Tomorrow, RFA teams will take part in group visits to their senators and representatives.

We were pleased to welcome newly sworn-in USDA @DepSecVaden to our board meeting for an update on administration efforts to support the US ethanol industry.

RFA's Board of Directors is in Washington today and Wednesday for its board meeting and to meet with key lawmakers and administration officials as it advocates for year-round E15 as a way to lower gas prices for American families and support rural farm communities.
