I went back and checked, there were 1.07 seconds between Oliver's whistle and Trossard's kick, 1.13 seconds between Oliver's whistle and Szoboszlai's kick. Same referee, same offence, same situation (player on a yellow). One rule one week, a different rule the next.
Szoboszlai was on a yellow card, he committed a foul, the free kick was given and he immediately ran over to the ball to boot it away. No second yellow given, no consistency once again
