I had way too much fun shooting reference for Spot here..😳 I did about 25 different versions trying to find the right amount of awkwardness for him. After splicing together the parts that worked best, this was the final result. #SpiderManAcrossTheSpiderVerse

This shot is a great example of collaborating with other animators to stitch together the best pieces of each animator’s performance. Thank you to the amazingly talented Joy Liu, Annike Pienaar and Sophia Lee for helping me out with this one! 🙂

I had so much fun animating this shot on KPop Demon Hunters! I love every song in this film so I didn’t mind having this section drilled into my brain for weeks 🙂 Also, shout out to @oldspear for helping planning out so much action in this film. Absolute beast

This is so awesome! I also just want to take this moment to thank everyone making #kpopdemonhunter art. I see you and its so amazing. I knew I was working on something special while animating on this amazing project and I’m so happy you all feel the same. Thanks for the love ❤️

These were the very first shots I animated with the girls on screen at once. It was a fun way to discover each of their personalities, design language and how they play off of one another.

I didnt include my reference for these but I really enjoyed animating these shots. Most of my shots on the film were more comedy driven or body mechanic heavy, so this was a nice change of pace to do something emotional.

This is just a reference collection of smaller shots. One thing to notice with video reference is that it’s just a road map. A lot of things can change as you dive deeper into the shot when it comes to performance.

Here’s my reference for some of the shots I animated on KPop Demon Hunters. This sequence of shots was particularly fun because it was a rare opportunity to explore Jinu’s goofy side 🙂
