This is a human being created in the image of God. It is equally evil to murder this human being as it is to do so at any other stage of development born or unborn.
Texas lawmakers and conservative groups have a clear choice this special session… They could choose to rally around yet another pro-life bill that would not truly end abortion. They could also rally around House Bill 163, the only proposal to fully criminalize abortion.
Many bills introduced for the Texas special session claim to oppose abortion. But as @BradleyWPierce noted to the @HoustonChron, there is "no other proposal" except for House Bill 163 that would "truly abolish abortion in the state."
This is why non-Christian “abolitionism” is powerless and to be avoided by Christians. Abolitionism is Gospel-centered and led by the Church.
