To be clear, under @ChmnMendelson's budget, Alliance services will be severely reduced starting Oct. 1, and the program will eventually be eliminated for adults, who will have no where else to go.
Great question on health care from @Meagan_Flynn - the answer to your question: yes, the Council is balancing the budget on the backs of the most vulnerable residents, kicking 27,000 people off Alliance without finding coverage for them.
