I don’t know why it’s a surprise to anyone that MAGA Christians still support Trump even now knowing he’s a child molester. They’re already in one cult that celebrates and is based upon a person in a position of supreme power forcibly impregnating a teenage girl

The literal, inerrant word of god wouldn’t be delivered to humanity dressed in metaphorical language leaving it up to subjective interpretation. We have words for that kind of work: fiction, fairytales, mythology, to name a few.

If the god of Judaism, Christianity, or Islam existed, we would expect to find him worshipped outside his place of origin: the Americas, Australia, the far east, sub-Saharan Africa. Instead what we find is those gods absent except for where men who already believed brought him.
