This wk Ive been joining some of the final sessions of @ElizabethCasso1 Personal Development Leadership prog. It’s humbling to hear the impact that this prog has on OTs leadership growth. Not just increased confidence but recognition of their value in our profession. Incredible!

Yesterday I made a day trip to NI to meet the fab @Martina_Tierney to record a pod cast at her @SeatingMatters studio. We talked all things OT, @ElizabethCasso1 career development, networks and our passion for our profession. It was defiantly a putting to rights conversation 👏
