Our latest work on #phaseseparation! We know changing environments can alter protein phase separation in cells, but can genetic changes do so as well? We addressed this by analyzing the phase-separation of a synthetic system in the yeast KO library 👇 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

I was happy to present our project with @ElevyLab in #EMBOubiquitin24. Mapping known ubiquitination sites on thousands of homodimeric structures, we uncovered hundreds of yeast and human proteins whose oligomeric state is regulated by ubiquitination. #PTMs #homodimers #AlphaFold
