AKPA FESTIVAL, OLIGIE IGBAKE. It is believed that the Akpa festival, which is celebrated biennially in Oligie, Igbake dates back to 1066AD. It is an age grade festival, a show of strength, youthfulness, and vigor of the warriors of Oligie in Igbake
