Agree with @SEN_advice - would be a massive set back to 'terminate' the SEND Tribunal! It's not a perfect appeals system, but one worth defending - very much so! For those on LinkedIn, here's my take: linkedin.com/posts/qaisar-s…
I genuinely don't believe this To 'terminate' the #send tribunal would mean the ripping up of years of 'law' and would mean that we all go back to the 80's where everyone brought judicial review proceedings for #sen provision lawgazette.co.uk/news/governmen…
Hi @TomSwarbrick1, I am a lawyer who represents parents of SEND children. @TiceRichard is completely mistaken in his view that the number of parents requesting EHCPs has risen so they can receive tax exemption in private school fees.
