FINAL: Bristol 7, Spring City 4 Spring City's PA Legion postseason run has come to an end on the penultimate day of the Region 3 Tourney. It will be either the still-unbeaten Bristol or Falls Post 834 who will win the region tomorrow back at Ram Stadium.

Back at Spring-Ford for a third time in 4 days for the penultimate day of the PA Region 3 American Legion tournament. Spring City is playing Bristol at 3:30 and needs to win to make it to tomorrow's final day. Red Sox scored a 4-2 comeback win over Mt. Carmel last night.

End 2: Mount Carmel 2, Spring City 1 Logan Bittenbender cuts the deficit in half with an RBI single, though the Red Sox do leave the bases loaded

Mid-1: Mount Carmel 2, Spring City 0 Mounties hit the ground running with RBIs from Johnangelo Salamone and Colin Harrington. They also stole 3 bases in the first inning, already putting pressure on a team that has struggled big time scoring runs in this tournament

Just got to Spring-Ford for a rare Sunday assignment: a PA American Legion Region 3 elimination game between host Spring City & Mt. Carmel at 3:30. Winner will play the winner of tonight's nightcap between Falls-Bristol tomorrow at 3pm.

FINAL: Spring City 1, Perk Valley 0 Dom Ruggiero goes the distance in a one-hit, 14-K gem. Spring City will be back on its home field tomorrow at 6:30pm to take on Falls. Perk Valley will play a loser's bracket elimination game against Upper Darby at 12:30.
