Good morning, Vietnam! 🇻🇳 Honda CRF 300s, riding north to south. Hanoi to Hoi An.

Alternative idea: Instead of spending millions building 'Alligator Alcatraz' in South Carolina, why not put that money towards our crumbling roads? Create jobs for SC and actually improve lives. Locking up farmworkers with no criminal record accomplishes what?
Over the weekend, DHS director Kristi Noem said she'd been in contact with five other governors about the possibility of an 'Alligator Alcatraz' in their states. SC's Henry McMaster didn't confirm he was one of them. But he didn't deny it either. postandcourier.com/politics/south…
Constituent response to @pteck & I. "I have to admit I am stunned how quickly this was resolved. We are incredibly grateful. If you aren’t careful, you may restore some faith in government!" Please elect more workhorses. We have too many pajama wearing attention clowns.
"If you ask me the one of the illnesses is that there's too much money being spent on military and there should be more spent on education, welfare, young people, the the the children, the elderly, especially the elderly" -Johnny Cash
Will just leave this clip here of Kris Kristofferson, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings talking about what’s wrong with America from a 1991 interview and it’s still all very true today
Our rural schools struggle to retain great teachers … SC structures school districts ability to pay teachers by their local taxability … this federal cut in funding will hurt our struggling districts the most! Our students and our teachers and our communities deserve better!
An estimated $6 billion in federal education funding that would have been available to schools starting July 1 is currently being withheld by the Trump administration, and at least $84 million of that money would have gone to support programs in South Carolina. What’s the holdup…
Elections matter, your vote matters, the candidates and parties are not “all the same”.

No, you won't. You’ve proven you are incapable of working with people, even your own party. Republicans control Congress, but the best you can muster is the renaming of a single post office. All bark, zero legislative accomplishments.
If I were Governor, South Carolina would get to zero state income tax because your paycheck belongs to you. South Carolina first.
It’s nice to know that our candidates for Governor don’t even know what the Governor does. Last I checked, this still lies with the legislature. But I am happy to discuss this with you Congresswoman. As well as give you a school house rock refresher

“This will literally save lives.” Sen. @deon_tedder and local leaders just broke ground on long-overdue safety upgrades for Ashley Phosphate Rd. Walkability. Access. Protection. That’s leadership. Read more below. #SCDems #SCpol
S.C. Sen. Ed Sutton, D-Charleston, said Newsom’s visits to rural counties was smart politics and good leadership. “When we don’t show up, that space gets filled with the cable news fear-mongering,” he told Statehouse Report. “South Carolina Democrats are the ones fighting to…
My love for riding and racing motorcycles has always been a part of who I am. In honor of #NationalMotorcycleDay, here are some throwbacks to my days on the bike! 🏍️
What happened to all the ‘balanced budget’ folks on the other side of the aisle? This explosion in unnecessary debt will lead to a decline in living standards and more pollical extremism.
History shows us that having too much debt during an economic downturn leads to a classic, self-reinforcing cycle where: 1) The empire can no longer borrow the money to repay its debts 2) It prints a lot of new money, which devalues the currency and raises inflation 3) Living…
We had a great City, County, State Townhall in West Ashley last night. Thanks to all the folks who came out. Traffic congestion, sidewalks, traffic signals, and flooding were top citizen concerns. We will certainly plan more of these events around the district 👍

If Dems want to win nationally, we need follow the lead of folks who win in red and purple states. Andy Beshear has figured it out. Relatable, pragmatic, and effective. More of that, please.
What year is it again? Democrats' 2028 buzz grows with Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear heading to South Carolina postandcourier.com/politics/andy-… #scpol #scnews
City, County and State Townhall tomorrow in West Ashley. Details on the flyer 👇

Your homicide rate is literally DOUBLE California’s.
Radical Democrat Gavin Newsom is bringing his California chaos tour to South Carolina this week. We’ve seen what his leadership looks like: sky-high crime, gas prices, taxes, and homelessness. South Carolina rejects that kind of future.
Tariffs are taxes. A 25% hike will unnecessarily drive up costs on working families in South Carolina. Our economy needs stability, not more chaos.
Joint Statement from State Senators Deon Tedder & Ed Sutton @EdCSutton / @deon_tedder
Heartbroken by the tragic loss of life in Texas. The campers, families, and rescuers along the Guadalupe River are in our prayers. This is a painful reminder: weather warning systems save lives. We must restore the National Weather Service.
