Next month it'll be exactly 3 years since I started my email agency. Wild how quickly time flies, feels like it was 6 months ago or sth
From $0/mo to $371,201/mo in 60 days. This year, I took over a clothing brand’s email marketing. In the first 2 months, I made them $500k from email only. Here’s the exact strategy: Thread 🧵

"I need to get my email revenue to X%!" is a wrong approach. I can easily inflate your numbers but that won't drive actual growth. We need to stop focusing on useless stuff that doesn't move the needle (I'm guilty of posting dashboard screenshots too tho)
Woke up at 5 am today in a gorgeous cabin. Sauna -> shower -> coffee -> work while playing with dog Life doesn't get any better does it?
Revenue generated is not revenue attributed. This is the most basic thing that most ecom brands aren't aware of. Yeah, I can set the attribution window to 15 days, include false opens & clicks and include your subscription revenue to get 40-50% rev from Klaviyo but for what?
