Kudos to the Ministry of Agriculture for including Agroecology in Nigeria's NDC 3.0. The Director at department of agricultural land and climate change management services noted that it will be mainstreamed in other policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security

The goal is not only to achieve food security but more importantly to achieve food sovereignty where access to bountiful, healthy and culturally appropriate food is guaranteed and the people are in control of the food including by being involved in decision making processes.
