Tough question from @rbarbosa91 when you think about it. The usual platitiudes do spring to mind first. I'd say: work hard and don't let them win.
If you were giving advice to a group of medical students, and circumstances were such that you had near-complete freedom to say almost anything you wanted, what would you tell them? Assume that the audience is not interested in hearing the usual ‘common sense’ platitudes.
Patients present to our hospitals with constellations of symptoms which are our responsibility to sort out. Don't forget to think about hypothyroidism when patients present with the numerous clinical manifestations listed below. 🎩 tip to the authors. eddyjoemd.com/foamed
