ICE Buffalo removed child rapist Josue Waldemar Chun-Orellana from the U.S to Guatemala June 12 pursuant to a final order of removal issued by an immigration judge. The 26 year old illegal alien was convicted of rape of a person less than 11 years old and incest in Nassau County.

The criminal alien was arrested pursuant to an order of removal. He snuck back in after he was removed the first time, but he will be removed again to his home country of Mexico.
