Today marks the 51st year since the unlawful Turkish invasion of Cyprus and the occupation of 1/3 of the island. We support talks under UN auspices based on the formula of a bizonal, bicommunal federation, in line with the EU acquis & reject 🇹🇷 ideas for a "two states" solution.

On this day, we remember and commemorate all victims of the #Srebrenica genocide. The denial and the glorification of war crimes must be condemned. EPP remains committed to reconciliation to overcome divisions and to working for a better common future in the region.
