In a follow up to my ENS DAO Legal Liability Risk Report published April 15, 2025, there has now been a 2nd exploit (high impact) on the asset I analyzed. Imagine writing about a risk, then 2 exploits in 3 months with >51% $ENS and governance capture at risk.
