It’s been over 8yrs since TFSAs were introduced in SA. The TFSA program was officially launched in the 1st of March 2015 as part of National Treasury’s efforts to promote a culture of saving and financial independence among SA citizens. This is my TFSA journey so far:

JSE All-Share has increased from 10,000 to 100,000 in 21 years. That’s a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 11.6%, excluding dividends. Not too shabby considering the JSE was essentially flat for 6 long years from 2014 to 2020.
The 2nd quarter distribution season for @JSE_Group-listed #ETFs is coming to an end, with @1nvest_SA declaring late yesterday. Payment will be made on Monday 4th of August to those who own the ETFs next week Tuesday, 29-July. cc @ETFSA
