Opening limited this weekend is the Sophie Brooks-Molly Gordon "thrillomedy" Oh, Hi!. I had a chance to talk to the ladies, as well as Molly's costar Logan Lerman (who I haven't interviewed in 15 years!). Watch those interviews over at @cinema_daily_us! cinemadailyus.com/interviews/oh-…

Can't remember if I posted this but with Paul Walter Hauser's Mole Man *I* finally feel seen in a Marvel movie! Wrote about Mole Man for @Collider as well. collider.com/the-fantastic-…
Always love getting to write about production design, something that can make or break most movies...in this case, I spoke about the look of #FantasticFourFirstSteps for @Collider, so please check it out! (And follow me on Collider while you're at it!) collider.com/the-fantastic-…
Happy Birthday to @_streeter who you will never catch idling! ;)
Congrats to the glorious month of JULY 2025! Will soon become the first JULY in #boxoffice history to give us THREE $300M+ domestic blockbusters! 💰 #JurassicWorldRebirth 💰 #Superman 💰 #FantasticFour
"A-" CinemaScore for Fantastic Four: First Steps, same as the new Superman. Virtually same opening weekend. These two movies are literally the same, except one's good and one ain't.
It would be pretty funny in the year that Marvel/DC returns to comics if Superman/Fantastic Four end up opening with the same amount, get the same CinemaScore (so far so good there), and similar RT scores.
Please don't @TheInSneider ;)

WOOHOO!
August 1st! Final Destination Bloodlines will be streaming on @HBO! deadline.com/2025/07/final-…
Gotta say... that new Avatar trailer? Did absolutely nothing for me. Looks like more of the same and I'm not sure what James Cameron can do to convince me otherwise.
I hope when Paramount merges with Skydance, they don't lose their pre-screening receptions and the free popcorn/soda... it's why I always give their movies a 10/10 or higher! :)
Wanna know more about Mole Man? You've come to the right place! He appeared in the very first issue of Fantastic Four, literally pages after the FF's origin story. Check it out!
Who Is Mole Man? Paul Walter Hauser's 'Fantastic Four' Character Has a Huge Backstory in the Comics collider.com/the-fantastic-…
My ★★★★ review of Sunshine State (2002) on @letterboxd: boxd.it/atpbfd Another fantastic first-time watch of a John Sayles movie...has to be one of America's most underrated filmmakers.
Trump is an evil fucking monster and someone needs to do something about his Hitler 101 playbook before it's too late. If you think you're safe because you're white or male, you are wrong.
It is confirmed. I will return to the Toronto International Film Festival this year. I'll be scouring for stories to cover on my own. Editors, please get in touch, if you're assigning work.
It's kind of shocking to me that Luca Guadagnino has only been nominated for one Oscar and that was for producing (Call Me By Your Name). Surely, he will be nominated as a director sometime in the next 5 years.
Dude Fantastic Four fucking ruled. Best part of the chimpkin.
Only a grinch would hate the sincerity of FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS, a loving ode to that Silver Age sense of wonder, Vanessa Kirby's Sue Storm the anchor, Julia Gardner surprisingly affecting, Paul Walter Hauser with the MVP cameo and an awe-inspiring, comics accurate Galactus
