The ECE Florida delegation was honored to meet the US Ambassador to Rwanda, Eric W. Kneedler, at the embassy in Kigali, Rwanda's capital. Kneedler has been ambassador to Rwanda since 2023. @usambrwanda

ECE Professor and Associate Chair for Academics Christophe Bobda was pleased to deliver a hands-on seminar while visiting the @Uni_Rwanda. Here, he's sharing his deep knowledge of FPGAs (field-programmable gate arrays) with students.



Our ECE Florida delegation is at @RealSmartAfrica headquarters in Kigali—Rwanda's capital and largest city—learning all about how the alliance is transforming the continent with its initiatives in the areas of blockchain, AI, and smart devices.

Drs. Tehranipoor, Bobda, and Farahmandi are traveling through Rwanda and Kenya, making connections and sparking collaborations with prominent universities in the area. They're speaking with students at the @Uni_Rwanda 's ACE IoT program.
