Dallas ISD schools and administrative offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. King was a Civil Rights leader whose birthday became a federal holiday in 1986.
After careful consideration for anticipated road conditions and extreme temperatures, all Dallas ISD schools and offices will be closed Thurs, Jan. 9, and Fri., Jan. 10, 2025. After-school activities and athletic events for these days are canceled.
