Lovely to see so many of our volunteers and members (M, pictured here, is both) at the HUGE service to mark Jon & Rachel’s departure. We are going to miss them so much and Jon leaves a huge hole on our trustee board too.
Jon and Rachel have been an inspiration at the heart of the Goldsmiths area of #Acton (where church is based), partaking in the #Ealing winter night shelter, support groups, street parties and of course pivotal to the formation of @EASEealing. Both will be missed. Thank you.

The local Syrian community celebrating @RefugeeWeek at @ActOne_Cinema (hub of our refugee universe this week!) helped along by local councillors too - given @EalingCouncil has just become a @CityofSanctuary Borough.

It's #Refugee Week, with several events being held in #Ealing to celebrate the contributions of refugees. My ongoing support to @EASEealing who have joined up with @UniWestLondon to put on a number of events this week.

Lovely to see people volunteering to prepare the best roast potatoes in west London. Whatever else our brilliant cooks serve, there’s ALWAYS roast potatoes (most asylum-seekers can’t access ovens, so a real treat) We need a LOT - enough for 100 or more each week. #refugeeswelcome
