Congrats to Sgtt Tom Stolee on your well-deserved retirement! Sgt Stolee started at DPD 25 years ago and had a full career. He was a patrol officer, a traffic investigator, promoted to Sergeant in 2012 and was assigned to the Property Crimes Unit then to Patrol Group C in 2017.

The Duluth Police Department partnered with the MN Department of Public Safety to provide free gun locks to members of our community. While supplies last, you can pick up a FREE cable gun lock at the Public Safety Building (2030 N Arlington Ave).

While out fishing on Lake Superior, the kids from Neighborhood Youth Services caught three Lake Trout and one Salmon! 🎣 We had a blast reeling in these big fish!

Thank you to the Pukrabek’s from Mont du Lac Resort for donating $8,000 and Bass Pro Shops for donating 50 rods to the Duluth Police Department’s Get Hooked on Fishing Program! This program builds relationships between youth and officers! 🎣
