I wore an Oura ring & a Whoop band on the same hand/wrist for ~12 months. Here's everything I found... 🧵 TLDR: - Whoop isn't accurate enough to be useful. I took it off. - Oura is better. I'm still wearing it. - Beware readiness/recovery scores - raw data are more insightful.
