Three strategies to help with Burnout: Rest & Recovery: Prioritize sleep, take breaks, & time off to reset. Set Boundaries: Say no to extra responsibilities & prioritize yourself. Reconnect with Purpose: Reflect on what matters most in life, & realign with your core values.
When feelings disappointment & frustration, allow yourself to feel your feelings without judgment. Take a few deep breaths, journal your thoughts, or sit with the feeling for a few minutes. Then get connected with your support system, get physically active, & engage in self care.
