We had an exciting day yesterday being filmed for @BBCNWT about Preterm Prelabour Rupture of Membranes before 23 weeks' of pregnancy. Honoured to have input from people who have experienced this @PpromAwarenessU, Tanya, Philip and little Hope 🤩

Wow, 23 fold increased risk of myocardial infarction within 5 years postpartum if a woman gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension. That's enormous! Thanks for this great work @SianBullough. Hopefully there is a window for intervention there 🤞
