Congrats to David I. Starling on his EBTC volume on 1 Corinthians! "It is also a letter that is pervasively informed by a biblical-theological perspective." amzn.to/4nN66Tz
Congrats to J. Gary Millar on the publication of his excellent EBTC volume on Deuteronomy. "in Deuteronomy Moses first articulates a biblical theology of joy. The ultimate goal of Moses's preaching is that his people might delight in Yahweh himself." amzn.to/44sEkEe
New book cover. Coming summer 2026 from @LexhamPress: James Revisited: Christology and Biblical Theology in the Letter of James
If you're interested in what the Gospel of John teaches about the Incarnation and the Trinity, you have my permission to skip straight to chapters 9 and 10 of In the Beginning Was the Word. John's Gospel is so rich on these topics. We have so much to learn from him.

To quote C. S. Lewis, “I have no intention of explaining how the correspondence which I now offer to the public fell into my hands.” "Get Them to Call It Wisdom Literature: A Screwtape Letter" logos.com/grow/hall-wisd…
Congrats to @DemarsSean on his new book. Excited to connect with him later today to record another episode of Room for Nuance, this time in the new @KenwoodInst studio. amzn.to/4eFg5X1
John sets his Gospel up so that the beginning matches the end: for instance, Jesus convinces skeptical Nathanael near the beginning (1:45–49), then he convinces skeptical Thomas near the end (20:24–28). These accounts also show the followers of Jesus to be critical thinkers.

I see that the Kindle version of What Is Biblical Theology? is on sale for $2.99. amzn.to/4kqGedm
