.@elonmusk, your post insinuates that the bureaucracy actually "works" during the week. When I served in Trump 1.0, about 5% of the federal workforce was highly competent, 25% was mediocre at best, and to call the remaining 70% necrotic would be an insult to zombies everywhere.

I wish the Blue State federal judge in the #BirthrightCitizenship case had read my 2020 article as well as Elk v. Wilkins (1884) before he issued his fundamentally flawed decision. #AnchorBabies are not citizens.
