I understand the need for ticket flexibilities (rescheduling & upgrade/downgrade options). Currently, NRC doesn't have a rescheduling feature, and we're sorry for that. We'll look into implementing this feature soon to improve our customers' experience. Thanks for your feedbacks

About Reserved & Unreserved. When u pick a coach & all seats are red (it’s fully booked) check d next coach for available seat. Reserved allows u to pick a seat. Unreserved will not allow u to pick seat It is clearly shown on the site with an image representation. Ire ooo!!!
