সিংগাপুরের ডাক্তারের কাছে দুইটা জিনিস নিতে পারি।১) টেকনোলজি ট্রান্সফার। ২) হাসপাতাল /ইমার্জেন্সি ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেম আপগ্রেড করা।কিন্তু,বিদ্যমান সমস্যার সমাধান ছাড়া সিংগাপুরের ডাক্তার সরকারি হাসপাতালে সিংগাপুরের সার্ভিস দিতে পারবেন না।
