the article SPOG cites is talking about changing “assault with a deadly weapon” to “felony assault” In Washington, there is only felony assault (1, 2 & 3), which is recorded as agg assault, and assault 4 (simple) Aggravated assault is down. Period.

The Democrats have been trying to beat Republicans by adopting their policies since Carter did the Volcker shock. We need to get rid of these bums. All of them.
