Energy and National security have never been more vital. Policymakers and industry must turn to high-tech solutions. One technology showing promise is #Bitcoin mining.

The White House’s 180-day report on digital assets drops July 30. 🇺🇸 We submitted bold recommendations to help America lead, not lag, in the era of digital infrastructure. Here’s some of what we’re hoping to see:

These are just 3 of the many recommendations we submitted. From tax clarity to grid innovation to national resilience, the U.S. has a chance to lead on digital infrastructure. We’re ready for July 30.

3. Recognize Bitcoin Mining as Critical Infrastructure We urged the White House to formally classify mining as critical infrastructure under PPD-21. Let’s call it what it is.

2. Implement the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve It’s time for a secure, sovereign Reserve.

1. End Double Taxation on Mined Bitcoin Miners should only be taxed when Bitcoin is sold, just like any other commodity.

Bitcoin is powering a stronger, smarter, and more secure American grid - restoring our energy dominance. West Virginia has always led the way on energy. Bitcoin should be no exception.
