We need a new term for “avoid it like the plague” because apparently people don’t do that
What’s your favorite color heart emoji? Idk why but I really like 🖤, 💛, and 💜 I typically save these 2 for my spouse! (Or maybe my mom if she sends one first!) ❤️♥️ Pink is my favorite color so idk why I don’t use that more 🩷 I should!
If my openness about my chronic illnesses helps even one person then it’s worth it
Hey, so…sorry if I’m not always upbeat about everything…I didn’t expect to spend the prime of my life chronically ill and mostly housebound…
Just saw someone refer to alligators as “swamp puppies”…ABSOLUTELY NOT!!🙅♀️😂
I don’t think anyone is claiming no one can survive without it. Just that it makes more foods more accessible which is helpful for disabled people. (And just people in general). What’s “funny” is people like you losing their shit about disabled people using these food services.…
It’s funny to claim no one can survive without DoorDash when we have statistics and objectively show the opposite. That and it’s hilarious that people have collectively lost their ability to remember what life was like literally less than 10 years ago (better, all around) 😂
What’s funny about deaths from malnutrition, Mike?
Deaths from malnutrition have increased since your precious door dash became necessary for human survival loool
Just a reminder that long COVID existed before the vaccine did. You can attempt to blame a lot on the vaccine, but millions were sick before it was even released.
What’s one common misconception about chronic illness?
Rest in peace, Tammy! I didn’t know her but she was pretty local to me. I’m always sorry to hear of another person from the chronic illness/disability community passing. 💔 Gone but not forgotten!
We lost another beautiful soul to long COVID. Tammy Bayne of Surprise, AZ, got sick in March 2020. She passed away May 5, 2025.
💔💔💔
Thorough and intense investigation of ME/CFS, Long Covid, and other highly-fatiguing post-viral diseases, with an end goal to include these illnesses into medical school curricula. IMO this is of maximum urgency. There is ample evidence: the longer they wait, the more will die.
💔💔
This is devastating. @Bridget_OShea’s last experience was not being believed and being dismissed by her own mother just before she died. It’s what this community goes through over and over. I hate this world
