Because there seems to be some misunderstanding, what I'm trying to say is... I'm fine! I've been 100% fine the entire time! The more concerningly aggressive messages I saw were from people trying to *defend* me. This didn't warrant that. Please be awesome to each other. π
Can we start getting clients and such to start allocating more budget to give Engineers higher wages? This job is so highly specialized between ADR, Video Game, music, etc... But as an engineer I need to work around 2 full days to make the same as a 2 hr non union actor.

Seeing a lot of talk of "JUST REUSE OLD NON-UNION VOICE CLIPS!" and belief that union protections aren't important. Personally, I think it's problematic when a billion dollar franchise can pay someone a couple hundred dollars, then reuse their voice for free for nearly 25 years.
