The EU have reduced clozapine FBC monitoring to 3-monthly after a year. Hopefully the MHRA will follow suit. @Maudsley_pharm were the first to trial this, and the only ones to report on safety. A huge step forward for patients, and rational science. medscape.com/viewarticle/eu…
