Timmy Dooley met with Andrew Muir during his visit to Northern Ireland. The Ministers were in Carrickfergus Marina to witness the reintroduction of the native oyster by @UlsterWildlife . The visit builds on cross-border collaboration on shared environmental and marine priorities.
