I’m a chronic lol’er. I literally cnt send a text or anything without adding lol. I feel so weird whenever I dnt unless im actually upset or something negative 😂
wanting to stop using “lol” so frequently in text but realizing that’ll make me seem serious & stern as hell all the time.
If you’re going to talk about famine & starvation, you need to talk about Sudan. Since August 2024, many regions have been declared in Phase 5, the HIGHEST level of food insecurity. A year of the WORST famine the world has seen in 40 years & no real uproar from the world.
Your self esteem will improve when you do the things you say you’re going to do. Accomplish your goals, work on your insecurities, and remove people who make you question your worth.
“Why are Native Americans so poor?” Maybe stealing our land, water, forcing us onto tiny fragments y’all didn’t want, then systematically trying to wipe out our language, culture, family systems via theft of our children had some effects…today, they come for the fragments.
We don’t hate the West because it’s rich. We hate that it got rich by starving others, then turned around and called the survivors poor.
Daughters are no longer raised to be wives. They're raised to b people. And some people are really not okay with that. They're not being taught to sacrifice. Not being told that marriage is the finish line. They're questioning things. To society their freedom looks like defiance.
