With support from @UNFPA_SOMALIA, we conducted a one-day workshop for IDP camp leaders, Traditional elders & women’s groups on the impact of FGM, the FGM law & its provisions, effective implementation of the Act, & the importance of abandoning the practice. @GPtoEndFGM

In partnership with @UNFPA_SOMALIA, we conducted a 2-day workshop for police, judges, attorneys general, & lawyers in #Galmudug on the provisions of the FGM law & its effective implementation. A total of 50 participants attended. Together, we’re working to end FGM.@GPtoEndFGM
