The average cost of the ACT 100% renewable scheme since the start is $21.08/MWh. Alternatively, it's had a carbon abatement cost of $20/tonne - one of the lowest carbon abatement costs around. Only someone in denial of the costs of climate change would call that stupid. oh wait..
