I just did the calculation and even after rebasing GDP (now N372trn), Nigeria has moved from 4th place in Africa to...4th place in Africa. The per capita figure has struggled from about $800 to about $1000 - still roughly 2.5x poorer than Ghana or Kenya. Utterly miserable.
