Obligatory flag plant on Blake Bowen. Physical kid with 70-grade run times and top of the scale jump data. Has big-time raw power with plus bat speed and great launch angles. Some troubles handling spin, but freakish tools and has performance track record

The Braves have also signed 2nd rounder Alex Lodise to a $1,297,500 deal. Slot value for the 60th pick is $1,523,200. $225,700 under slot.

Wing is an elite athlete who has flashed above-average stuff this spring. He sits 92-94 on his fastball, touching 98, and mixes two breaking balls: a slider and curveball, along with a change-up. The command has ticked up this spring but is still a work in progress. Insane clay
With the 121st pick in the 2025 MLB Draft, the Chicago Cubs select RHP Kaleb Wing from Scotts Valley High School.
Very big Mason Morris fan. Fastball won't miss bats, but is in the upper-90s, touching 99. Has a 92 mph cutter with 6.5" of carry and 0" of horizontal break, drawing 46% swing-miss with a SL that's even better at -6"/-5" and 87 mph. Could end up as a starter if he adds a SI/CH
