Yesterday, our outgoing Exec Chair Mark Thomson had his last Daresbury visit. Pre-STFC, Mark was co-leader of the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment. So we sent him to pastures new with a model of a DUNE anode plane assembly - which our experts build here on site!

Led by Senior SRF Engineer Anna Shabalina, Daresbury Lab's project team are preparing the first High-Beta 650 MHz accelerator cavities, produced by @ResearchZanon, for the PIP-II project at @Fermilab. This could be the cleanest PIP-II 650 MHz jacketed cavity in the world.🎉
