look, if y'all don't like the "four-brow" stuff, you're entitled to that opinion. but, the left picture is by uekawa from sonic shuffle (2000) and the right is by min ho kim from murder of sonic the hedgehog stop trying to blame evan for this. this is how their eyes work.
Hey here's my advice, this art was drawn by Evan Stanley. Who also drew the expression in Chao Tales. Every time Sonic is drawn with that expression it's her. Wouldn't it be better to give constructive feedback towards her rather than writing this out to just random people / gen

dialogue illustrations like these combined with motion comics for the cutscenes, like the storybooks games, would go insanely hard for the mainline games, imo has a lots of charm, and I suspect they'd be easier, cheaper, and quicker to produce
We could really do with character stills like this for side dialogues in the next mainline game. Would be a lot better and more visually engaging than the Sonic Adventure ass cutscenes they had in Frontiers
