Lead Gameplay Engineer, Overwatch 2. I primarily bake cookies, and sometimes do programming on the side. My thoughts and opinions are my own.
We pushed out one last hotfix before we head off for the Thanksgiving holiday. This hotfix fixes a bug that caused Reinhardt's charge to not stun pinned enemies.
I am a twitter noob, so I had to reorganize my long post a bit after I realize my initial attempt had the replies out of order. Hopefully it's better now!
Happy Stadium Day! Could not be more excited for everyone to play it, and to play it once I get home tonight. Time to see how my Soldier 76 right-click-to-delete-enemy-hero build works outside of internal playtests...
There's a fun tradition on Team 4 whenever we hire a new employee: We introduce them to the team by putting out cookies on their desk, and inviting other team members to come over meet them. For a recent Gameplay Engineering hire, I made chocolate-chocolate chip cookies!

This week was chocolate chunk toffee cookies. I'd never made toffee before, so that was a fun experiment. I chopped up the chocolate a bit chunkier than usual for these cookies. Overall, the cookies spread more than I'd like, but I can fix that next time. These go to the office

There was a bug with the 6v6 Min 1/Max 3 playtest in which teams could avoid the Min 1 requirement if two players locked in their heroes simultaneously. We've just pushed out a hotfix to resolve this bug, so hopefully teams should be properly limited to the Min 1 rule now.
It isn't Christmas without cookies, now is it? I hope everyone has happy holidays, and I can't wait for everyone to find out what we have in store for Overwatch in the coming year!

We pushed out a hotfix for a crash some players were occasionally experiencing in matches with Hazard as of a few hours ago. Hope everyone enjoys the hero trial weekend!
Around this time of the year I branch out from baking cookies into also baking pies. I made apple pie over the weekend. Forgot to take a picture after it came out of the oven, so I took a picture of one of the slices instead.
