first dvd was Donnie Darko & Carpenter’s Vampires, needed them both in the correct aspect ratio. First blu ray was Peckinpah’s The Getaway & Die Hard, they were like $10 at Target
Do people really remember what their first DVD or bluray purchase is? When asked I'm like i don't have a clue. I cant remember what happened yesterday. I'm not going to remember the first disc I bought 30/20yrs years ago

Roberto Rossellini made the first truly modern film. It’s a miracle Journey to Italy exists. Truly one of the most transcendent endings I’ve ever seen. I loved it.
