Seriously though, Pokémon Legends: Z-A has probably had the worst marketing of any main series game in recent history. Hoping things pick up from here.
Everyone saying “this might be the best Pokémon game of all-time” after someone posted a 20 second clip on a random Sunday is funny yet fair since PLZA has had the most boring trailers of any pokemon game ever

theres a reason why theres a huge emphasis on yoshiki wanting to leave the city. as a closeted queer kid you don't realise how suffocated you've felt in a conservative community until you move out into a more accepting city and realise you can breathe just a little easier
the fear of being outed in a religious, conservative environment is such a real fear for queer folk & seeing yoshiki go through that too breaks me. he knows that if any of these people find out hes been "mixing" with 'hikaru' he'd be shunned & be next in being labelled "sick"
HE SAID THE THING… but also this whole scene is so sad, someone being considered diseased for being gay in their town gives so much context as to why Yoshiki and Hikaru as so repressed it makes me so sad
