I got laid off from my writing gig covering the Wolves on April 26th, 2020. And excited to share that as of today — April 26, 2025 — my company has our own offices with a podcast studio. Meant a lot to be able to break it in with both @brittrobson and @KyleTheige — who have been…

Just for the record back here in the real world -- Ant has literally made the absolute most money he could have thus far in his career, and he becomes eligible to sign what will be the richest extension in NBA history next summer. - He was the No. 1 overall pick, giving him the…
Anthony Edwards is watching the clock ⌚ After another Western Conference Finals flameout, the pressure is officially on in Minnesota, and Kendrick Perkins believes the Wolves are one bad playoff run away from losing their franchise star. “If Anthony Edwards don’t reach the NBA…
Here's @brittrobson on Rob Dillingham's best game from Summer League -- a game, with Terrence Shannon out of the lineup, where Dillingham was freed from strict point guard-ing duties.
Mixed in some Ant talk w/ @brittrobson -- at the end of our summer league takeaways pod
Today's show w/ @brittrobson - Rob Dillingham as point vs. combo guard + His big game against Phoenix (1:00) - Weighing Terrence Shannon's impressive Summer League play against his age (23:00) - Jaylen Clark's play + The 8th, 9th and 10th man roles next season (33:00) - Joan…

The 4th quarter was even better from Dillingham. A rough (and kind of boring) first half from the Wolves today became the Dillingham show in the 2nd half -- which was maybe the most encouraging thing from the Wolves all summer league. (Beringer's rim protection in Game 1 and…
Rob Dillingham just had a great 3rd quarter -- his best of summer league. Wolves started Tristen Newton as a second point guard out there with Dillingham in the 2nd half, and came back in the game because of that. Phoenix's summer league thing on defense is clearly excessive…
Big scoring output from Leonard Miller in Game 1, but I think today has been his sharpest game of summer league.
Kinda cool the wolves have diversified the ways Rob Dillingham has been asked to play PG by game Game 1 — heavy PnR usage as the primary initiator in the halfcourt Game 2 — more traditional pg play, just getting them into action Game 3 — playing more off-ball than the first two…
Good basketball IQ stuff from Rocco Zikarsky when he’s been out there in summer league. That little Dillingham flurry to close the quarter was a product of Zikarsky’s hit-ahead passes. That’s a way, even if he individually is slow, to contribute to the team playing fast.
Naz Reid's contract is now officially signed. Per source, the 5-year, $125M contract starts at $21,556,724 and has 8% annual raises. This is what the contract looks like... 25-26: $21,556,724 26-27: $23,275,862 27-28: $25,000,000 28-29: $26,724,138 29-30: $28,448,276 (player…
Today's show w/ @KyleTheige - Ant and Naz courtside for the Wolves game (1:00) - Terrence Shannon Jr. showing out in Vegas (5:00) - How has Dillingham's play in SL impacted our thoughts on his role next season? (19:00) - Beringer's second and quieter Game 2 (32:00) - What stood…

Might be because the Wolves defense is on the side of the floor I'm sitting on -- but Terrence Shannon Jr.'s defense has really popped for me in the 1st half. Obviously been dominating on offense too. But that's kind of become expected from him.
Little head nod from Rob Dillingham to John Wall when he checked into the game, after seeing Wall sitting courtside.
Seems we were more optimistic about Rob Dillingham's first Summer League game than others
54% of Rob Dillingham's made 3s last season were unassisted -- as in he created them himself off the dribble. Only five others players in the league last season had a higher percentage of their made 3s be unassisted Luka Doncic James Harden Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Trae Young…
