At Masindi Senior Secondary School, we talked about what it means to be a leader: not just in title, but in character. Leadership starts in the classroom: showing up, working hard, helping others. They are not just students: they are leaders of TODAY and not TOMORROW.

Your dreams are valid — no matter where you come from, how you started, or who underestimated you. What you carry inside you is powerful, purposeful, and needed. Keep going. PROGRESS IS PROGRESS: no matter how small.🫶🏽👏 So Keep Going.🫶🏽

I’m so grateful to have been chosen at UDA to join a team that visited a nearby school in Kalangala district with the purpose of motivating young minds.We shared stories of resilience,hope,and determination,letting them know that no dream is too big and no goal is out of reach.

We came in as students of democracy and left as ambassadors of informed leadership. Grateful to God for the privilege of graduating from the Uganda Democracy Academy. The journey was intense, the impact—eternal.

At the Uganda Democracy Academy, we explored the pillars of democracy; state formation, political ideologies, campaign systems, misinformation vs. truth, and even geopolitical tensions. A transformative space for future leaders! Forever grateful to UDA and NIMD. @NimdUganda

During our study at the Uganda Democracy Academy @NimdUganda , I had the privilege of interacting with Hon. Winnie Kiiza: a trailblazer in Ugandan politics. From opposition leader to national icon; her story is one of boldness, wisdom, and people-first leadership.

Earlier this year, I was deeply honored to be selected as one of the students to join the Uganda Democracy Academy (2 semesters) a program by the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD).What an honor to be part of a space that nurtures young democratic leadership!
