Finished my Season 1st on my team, 5th in District in my 100m. Sadly Pulled my Hamstring during my 4x1 and didn’t get the chance to run my 200, or at regionals. Ran 11.01 laser time in 100m, 10.6 Hand time. and 22.2 in the 200m and 21.8 hand time, also Split 51 in the 400m.
Broke my PR tn and my season goal by .6 seconds. Placed 4th in district, now going to regionals in the 200. Time was 22.6🙏🏾. More to come, and better times to be ran🏃🏾♂️
